Outlook supports sending from a secondary connected account for Microsoft owned domains such as @outlook.com, @live.com, @hotmail.com but has not implemented this functionality for third-party domains. This alias will be added to their account as a secondary alias, with the original 3rd party alias will continue to be set up as the primary. Once this step is complete, the user will land in their Outlook inbox and be able to use all Outlook functionality with Outlook not opening on Windows 10 this new email address. You can also add the secondary connected accounts (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) in Outlook.com as additional accounts in the Outlook profile.

None of the events or information was lost in the move to the new calendar. However, if you want to change your password with your email provider, you’ll need to visit their website or help desk, or contact your email administrator. For example, if you have a Yahoo! account, you first have to change your password at Yahoo.com. Once you’ve changed your password with your email provider, you can update the password in Outlook. See Change or update your email password for more information. Add a contact to your Favorites by selecting a contact in the list, and then selecting Add to favorites. When you add someone as a favorite in People, they’ll also show up under Favorites in Mail, and the other way around, provided that the contact has an email address.
However, some might be incompatible with your Outlook version and thus, cause conflicts leading to crashes. Therefore, you can try disabling unnecessary add-ins to stabilize Outlook and its workflow. Some Safari users are unable to add email addresses in the To section, or cannot point the cursor in the To field. This issue has been fixed for Outlook.com country domains. If you used the workaround below you can now switch from using an Outlook.com alias to your country’s domain. Occasionally, classic Outlook tries to run a process in the background. Auto-archive, sending and receiving a very large attachment, or running some of the other mailbox tools can all be done in the background.
